The Company M/s. IMPALA INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES PRIVATE LIMITED was incorporated on 12th day October, 1988 in the state of Assam. The company was converted into a limited company vide section 44 of the Companies Act, 1956 on 3rd January 1989. Further the name of company was changed to Hardware & Software India Limited and fresh certificate of Incorporation was received on 28th July, 1999. Finally the name of company was changed to its Original name Impala Industrial Enterprises Limited on 25th November, 1999.

The Company is managed by competent and professionally managed Board of Directors.
